Welcome to the Gwai Lo web site! It is here that you will find the recipes and tips which you have seen on my television program Gwai Lo Jyu Chaan (Foreign Devil Cooks Dinner). One of the most interesting features of my show is that it is the first in the world to offer a regular series teaching western cooking to people while using a Chinese language. As a result, this web site offers information in both the English and the Chinese language. Whichever you are most comfortable using will produce delicious results! Furthermore, the recipes taken from this web site are free. More importantly, you do not need special software to read the recipes as they are loaded as photographs to make access to the recipes easier.

In the course of my show, I seek to make familiar the names and techniques unique to western cooking. You will find these same terms and techniques contained in these pages.
